Meet the Doctor: Lawrence R. Stern

Dr. Stern has over 35 years of experience, and as the Chief Medical Director is committed to making Better Vision Anthem your family's Eye care center. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Dr. Stern attained his B.S. in Zoology at University of Florida in 1985. He completed his Doctorate in Optometry at University of Missouri, Saint Louis in 1990. Dr. Stern is Residency trained in Secondary Ophthalmic Care. Dr. Stern started his own private practice in 1990. He has been a business owner for over 35 years serving the needs of his eye care patients in the Greater Phoenix area. He has received many honors and certificates for his achievements in his practice. His practice focuses on Dry/Allergy/Red eyes, Diabetes, Glaucoma, Specialty contact lenses, and Lasik and Cataract evaluations. Dr. Stern speaks fluent Spanish, plays guitar, sings and enjoys scuba diving and fishing.
